my bike have over 5000 km...
i find PIRELLI SCORPION good... but not perfect... i know that are compromise tires but...
they are maybe too soft for our powerful bike on street use.... especially the front tire....
i think that at 7000-8000 km will be impossible to use also in light off-road...
maybe is better to have two tires... one set for street use... hard and long lasting like a TOURANCE or ANAKEE..
and a set of KAROO 2...
i hope that the next year other company will produce different tires... _________________ <span style='color:orange'>Ciao Matteo - KTM 950 ADV S n.1298 "caballeroarancio"- Sondrio - Italia

hi caballero,
i think, the LC8 is of course better to leave the "official road" than a BMW GS eg. But I think, most drivers use the new adventure more often on the street than a 625 Super Comp...
And for that art of riding, the Pirellis are really good. Of course, they are very soft, but my Ducati needs new tyres always when I fuel the tank joke...but a tyre like Bridgestone BT10, Pirelli Dragon or Metzeler Sportec can't be used longer as ca. 3500 km....
so i think the Pirelli Scorpion ist more than a good compromis !!...
And for heavy off-road action there are other tyres first choice...that's my mind.
